One Stop Property Care provides professional property maintenance and cleaning services across Australia. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
We provide property maintenance and cleaning services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, garden, and outdoor cleaning. All services will be carried out with reasonable care, skill, and in accordance with Australian standards.
Chemicals and Cleaning Products
We use high-quality, government-approved cleaning products.
Our products may include disinfectants, detergents, degreasers, and pest-control chemicals that meet Australian Safety Standards.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals are available on request.
Please tell us before your service if you have allergies, asthma, pets, or any sensitivity to cleaning chemicals.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and follow the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your details are only used to provide our services and will never be shared with others without your consent unless required by law.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Vouchers can be used for any service offered by One Stop Property Care
Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
